Each month, we have a range of holistic events delivered by a range of practitioners, such as mediumship, yoga, reiki, sound baths, drumming, journaling and connection work. Everyone is welcome, no experience is required! I’m so excited to welcome you into my loft!

Speaking with Spirits: A Halloween Mediumship Event
Thursday, October 30th
In this 2-hour event, Tracy will start with a discussion about mediumship including some tips on how you can communicate with spirit, then she will connect with the spirit realm to bring messages to audience members from their loved ones.

Saturday, October 25th or November 8th
1:00-4:00pm
Choose between a psychic or a mediumship reading, or a combination of both. The psychic reading will include tarot and life guidance while the mediumship reading will allow you to connect with loved ones in spirit.

Laugh & Sound Bath: A Journey of Joy and Harmony
Tuesday, October 14th 6:30-8:30pm
Release, relax, and restore in this unique experience that blends the uplifting energy of laughter yoga with the soothing resonance of crystal bowls and healing instruments.
Together, laughter and sound create a cycle of release and renewal: laughter clears and lifts, while sound soothes and integrates.
